Frequently Asked Questions
Participants
There are three different tickets that can be bought for the IFKF 2020; the regular ticket, de competition vouchers and the sleepover voucher. Every participant should at least buy a regular ticket to enter the setup in the main hall. In case the participant also wants to compete in one or both of the competitions, the participant should also buy a voucher for each competition he/she wants to compete in. For the oldest age category each category is on different day, for which the organisation made it possible to stay and sleep at the event. To make use of this, the participant should buy a sleepover voucher.
The costs for each ticket/voucher are:
- Regular Ticket; 25 euro
- Competition voucher; 4,50 euro (for each competition)
- Sleepover voucher; 25 euro
Visitors
Visitors do not have to buy a ticket beforehand, tickets for visitors can be bought at the entrance of the event. De costs for visitors are 2 euro (kids up to 6 years old are free). The Jam and the competition can be spectated from the gallery/stands. The visitors/audience are not allowed to enter the main hall, neither as a coach.
First check your spam inbox of your email. Sometimes the mail with the tickets ends up here. If you do not have any e-mail in your spam box, please send us an e-mail stating which tickets you have purchased and your name.
If you, as a coach, want to guide participants during the IFKF, we ask you to contact this mail via ifkf@eijerproducties.nl. All coaches must register in advance
We have the following rule for coaches / trainers:
During the Jam from 11 to 12 years and 12 to 14 years, 1 supervisor / coach may join every 3 students from the same freerunning school / association who participate in that jam. For example: If there are 4 children aged up to and including 10 years and 6 children aged 11 to 14 years, 1 may be accompanied by 1 supervisor in the first group and 2 supervisors in the second group.
Supervisor must register in advance via email as a supervisor and also buy a ticket for the jam of 15 years and older. Provide the name (s) of the trainers by email and the freerun organization of which they are. These supervisors will then be placed on a special list and can get a special band at the entrance with which they can enter the hall during the other times.
The sleepover voucher is available for the oldest age category (15+) and gives you the right to stay the night from Saturday 15 February to Sunday 16 February. The sleepover voucher entitles you to:
- 1 camp bed
- 1x breakfast (please contact us in case of allergies etc.)
- 1x dinner (please contact us in case of allergies etc.)
- Access to the evening program
No, unfortunately the overnight stay is really only for people 15 years and older.
